1. Scheduled Time Windows

Customers select a preferred pickup and delivery date and approximate time window when placing an order. Time windows are estimates and not guaranteed exact arrival times.

2. Service Window

Pickup and delivery services operate within designated business hours (Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00). Services are not guaranteed on public holidays unless otherwise stated.

3. Arrival Tolerance

The Company may arrive within a reasonable time margin (e.g., ±60 minutes) of the selected time window due to traffic, operational delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delays Beyond Control

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Extreme weather

5. Customer Availability

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that:

  • The box is placed at the agreed collection point on the scheduled pickup date.
  • The delivery location is accessible.
  • If items are not available at pickup time, a missed pickup fee may apply.

6. Processing Time

Standard service turnaround time is approximately _ business days from pickup. Express services may be available for an additional fee.

7. Notifications

Customers will receive phone, SMS, or app notifications confirming:

  • Pickup completion
  • Cleaning completion
  • Delivery completion
  • Box inactivity reminder (after 2 weeks of non-use)

Failure to receive a notification due to incorrect contact details provided by the Customer does not affect the validity of the service.
